Scholarly or creative achievement or research

Scholarly research has been an increasingly joyous part of my work.  I find it very gratifying to see that my research findings contribute to the body of knowledge at the nexus of race and education.  I also see that others in the field of education are actively seeking ways to mitigate racial disparities and to better serve all students.  I appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in this work.
