I appreciate the opportunities and resources to grow personally and professionally. In addition to reading numerous books and articles, watching many documentaries, and listening to several podcasts, I've been fortunate to attend and to present at national and international conferences. These experiences have afforded me the opportunity to learn from others' research and to meet and make connections with people with similar professional interests from all over the world. These conference sessions that I have attended also counted toward the clock hours required to renew my administrative licence through the Board of School Administrators.
