Criterion 1:
Demonstrated ability to teach effectively and/or perform effectively in other current assignments

Specific Objectives

1.           Develop, revise, and implement syllabi and course design for EDLD 662 – Research in
             Educational Leadership; EDLD 673 – Leadership of Special Programs; and EDLD 734 –
             Professional Development Colloquium II.

2.          Provide an increased level of in-depth and personalized feedback and suggestions for       
             student work.

3.          Coach participants in the Cohort 7 Institute for Courageous Principal Leadership

4.          Co-facilitate Institute for Courageous Principal Leadership 2.0

5.          Co-facilitate Institute for Courageous Teacher Leadership

Method of Assessment

1.           Revised syllabi and course design based on mid-term and semester student evaluations.

2.           Level of improved student work.

3.           Record input and output correspondence (e.g., e-mails, phone calls, conversations, etc.)

Expected Achievement

1.           Analyze student feedback to adjust course syllabi, design, learning expectations, and texts.

              engagement and reflection on current practices.

4.           Culturally responsive teaching and adult learning strategies used will promote school        
              leadership that is better equipped to address issues of racial equity in their buildings.
