1. Continue to attend local, state, regional, or national conference related to educational leadership.
2. Continue to read books and articles about racial equity and best practices for teaching adult learners.
3. Renew my K-12 Principal and PK-12 Superintendent administrative licenses needed to continue to teach the specialist courses.
4. Continue to take advantage of university resources like courses and trainings offered by CETL and CESR to increase my knowledge about and facility with teaching and research.
5. As the doctoral program coordinator, develop a deeper and broader working knowledge of aspects of the doctoral program policies and requirements and how best to advise students through their EdD coursework, internships, dissertation and defense processes.
