Contribution to student growth and development

Specific Objectives

1.           Timely responses and more individualized and robust feedback given to students in Master, Specialist, and Doctorate                              programs.

2.           Supervise student teachers of color

3.           Chair Curriculum and Instruction Advisory Board.

Method of Assessment

1.           Log meetings and communications with students as well as course evaluations.

2.           Communication and evidence of classroom observations of student teachers of color.

3.           Collecting body of work and comparing it to the charge given by the college. ​

Expected Achievement

1.           Provide support and assistance for students’ needs throughout their graduate program.

2.          Provide support and guidance to student teachers of color.

3.          Bring forward recommendations from the Curriculum and Instruction Advisory Board to The Leadership Council.
