Racial Equity @ RMS I provided year-long, monthly racial equity professional development for the administration and staff of Richfield Middle School.
Institute for Courageous Teacher Leadership - Cohort 3 I led and facilitated the third cohort. Due to COVID-19, we completely reconfigured the institute to monthly evening offerings on Zoom. It was well attended and successful. We will keep this new configuration for future institutes.

Curriculum and Instruction Advisory Board I chaired the CIAB. The focus of this year's work was to look at syllabi and other evidence for places to embed racial equity in courses.

8th Annual Leading Courageously for Racial Equity Conference I led and facilitated the efforts to produce our annual equity conference using a virtual platform due to COVID-19. It was completely reconfigured, well attended, and successful.
School of Applied Science/ Polytech Work Group Under the leadership of Interim Provost Brian Martensen, I serve on this work group to create a new school at the university. Our weekly visioning and planning sessions have led to the creation of the School of Applied Science a.k.a. Polytech.
Coaching for Project I4 I coached and maintained an Equity-Centered Network Improvement Community (EC-NIC) of six school principals. We met monthly in group meetings as well as individually. The focus of the work was to examine systems of teacher observations and evidence-based conversations to grow teachers' equity practices, particularly for mathematics.
Owatonna Affinity Group Facilitator At the request of their superintendent and director of human resources, I led a year-long affinity group for Owatonna Public Schools' employees of color. This group was a part of the district's efforts at recruitment and retention of employees of color.
Bay Area African American Female Principals Affinity Group I facilitated several affinity group sessions over the course of two semesters for African American female principals living in the Bay Area of California and pursuing their doctorates at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.
Dispatch I and a colleague provided a local company several sessions of racial equity professional development for their leadership team.
Ascension Catholic School presentation I was invited by a former specialist student who is now an administrator at this school to present to the student body. It was important to him that his students saw a woman who looked like them in a leadership role and providing a motivational talk.
