SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
Attend local, state, regional, or national conference related to educational leadership.
Research and study additional methods for online coursework for Master and Specialist courses.
Gain further knowledge of how the student outcomes drive competencies in preparation for the Minnesota Board of School Administrators (BOSA) review.
Prepare for and participate in the EDLD Department book studies.
Attend Non-Tenured Faculty Meetings via telepresence.
METHOD OF ASSESSMENT:
Record of attendance.
Attend a CETL workshop.
Provide before and after examples of syllabi that show alignment of student outcomes to competencies.
Use the Compass to locate myself after each book study meeting.
Attendance and agenda items.
EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENT:
Incorporate knowledge and skills from the conference into learning, leadership, research, and teaching.
Develop further knowledge in the area of online course development and instruction.
Implement learning strategies that will promote active engagement and effect positive change toward attainment of student outcomes and competencies.
Expand knowledge and practice surrounding racial equity.
Build relationships with non-tenured faculty and Dean.
