Criterion 4:  
Contribution to student growth and development

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
  1. Timely responses to graduate students in Masters and Specialists programs. 
  2. Serve on Mankato Curriculum and Instruction Advisory Board. 
  3. Learn curricula regarding coaching model for assigned administrators. 
  4. Explore Brightspace D2L

METHOD OF ASSESSMENT:
  1. Log meetings and communications with students. 
  2. Study committee minutes shared with EDLD department.
  3. Gather formative data from participating administrators on coaching model. 
  4. Incorporate Brightspace D2L skillset into coursework.

EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENT:
  1. Provide support and assistance for students' needs throughout their graduate program.
  2. Bring forward recommendations from the Curriculum and Instruction Advisory Board to the EDLD department. 
  3. Collate data collected throughout the 2017-2018 school year.
  4. Increase ability to efficiently and effectively navigate D2L.
