Serve on the Curriculum and Instruction Advisory Board Subcommittee.
Continue to serve on the University of Minnesota's College of Education and Human Development Dean's Advisory Board.
Assist and support my colleagues and the larger educational community.
METHOD OF ASSESSMENT:
Review evaluations and artifacts from previous Racial Equity Conferences to design and prepare for the 2018 conference.
Gather input and feedback from Chairs of departments regarding participation.
Documentation of activities, agenda items, etc.
Gather feedback about my activities and their effectiveness.
EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENT:
A successful Racial Equity Conference as evidenced by participant evaluations. Create systems to continuously improve the planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of subsequent Racial Equity Conferences.
Reflect on input and feedback to use with future committee work.
Continue to provide a visioning and perspective for future programming and support in the college.
